Temperature sensors for the chemical industry
Temperature sensors from the Simex offer can be used in various industries.
A wide range of solutions often makes measuring the entire process possible. Below we can see examples of sensors that are used in the chemical industry:
SCR104 Head resistance thermometer (RTD - Pt100, Ni100, Pt500, Pt1000) designed for temperature measurement of pipelines, tanks, and all kinds of machines and devices. The sensor consists of an aluminum connection head, a stainless steel sheath and a thread connection for the installation of the sensor:
The production process of the sensor with a replaceable measuring insert makes it possible to replace the element without the need to disassemble the entire sheath. Separating the head from the process connection and, consequently, from the temperature source allows the sensor to operate at higher temperatures. |

SCT300
The mineral insulated thermocouple (TC - J, K, N), thanks to its specific design the sensor is insensitive to bending and shape change. SCT300 is designed for installation in hard-to-reach places. On its basis, it is possible to implement a multi-point thermocouple system, i.e. several / a dozen or so thermocouples of different lengths connected in one housing.

Drilled thermowells They are used to protect the sensor against harsh environmental conditions. They can be made of acid-resistant steel, e.g. 1.4541, 1.4571 or 1.4404. The entire element is made of a homogeneous material with deep drilling along the entire length. Any temperature sensor adapted to the needs of the application can be mounted in the thermowell |
