Industrial electric heaters
Simex includes our posts concerning new electric heaters - industrial heating elements being an important part of many technological lines where it is necessary to generate high temperature, among others in the processes of food production or plastics processing. Heaters effectively convert electricity into heat with almost no losses, and can function even in a humid environment.
Variety of heating elements
The offer of industrial heaters is very wide. It comprises the following:
- tubular electric heaters - used mainly in gastronomy, e.g. heaters for brewing beer, in industry, for water heating, in storage heaters and electric heaters
- band electric heaters - used in industry mainly in plastics processing, in injection molding machines, and whenever pipes and cylinders need to be heated
- cartridge heaters - heaters with a special design that allows the production of high-power elements on a relatively small heating surface. Electric heaters of this type are used to heat metal molds, nozzles in injection molding machines, extruders
- infrared heaters
- heating units
